1. Return Policy

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as delivered

• Returns are only accepted for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing items

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products

• Used or damaged products

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance / Sale items

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement.

• Cash refunds are only provided if the product is out of stock.

4. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange an item:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

• The product must meet our return conditions.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
